The benefits of exercise are well known and these don't stop when it comes to pregnancy. Exercising during pregnancy is especially beneficial and can help boost your energy, improve your sleep, reduce the risk of pregnancy related complications. It will also help strengthen your body and build your stamina for childbirth. Studies show that exercise boosts serotonin levels helping improve your mood and perhaps also those pregnancy mood swings! When you've maintained your strength and muscle tone through your pregnancy, your body will have an easier time bouncing back after you've given birth. You're also less likely to put on extra weight if you exercise during your pregnancy. Yoga and pilates are fantastic options but if you're looking for something a bit more physical then check out these great options below.

You don't need to be a super fit gym bunny to enjoy this class, it's for regular exercisers, couch potatoes and gym avoiders!
